The Enrollment Process

When your family reaches out to see if there are any expected openings coming up, we will go over the days, hours and tuition rate to see if those align with your family.

If there are not any current openings, you can be added to the waitlist for a future spot.

If there is an opening, we would then plan a time for your family to visit to see our space and meet in-person. I will provide references and send you all the required paperwork for enrollment. One week of tuition is due to hold and ensure the spot for your child(ren).

We have absolutely loved First Step Family Child Care. Sherry is so kind, caring, and laid back. She takes in each child as if they are truly one of her own. Somehow she excels at each stage of childhood - she is a baby whisperer, she comes up with creative craft ideas for the toddlers, and she sets up games and obstacles for the older preschoolers! The kiddos all get along together so well, which is a true testament to the culture that Sherry has crafted. I have had 2 children go through her daycare and have only the best things to say!

My favorite thing about Sherry's home daycare is the feeling of family.
